SCHEDULE 9 U.K.Amendments of the Friendly Societies Act 1992

13.—(1) Section 26(1) (cancellation of registration) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) For “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA”.

(3) After subsection (4) insert—

“(4A) The FCA must consult the PRA before cancelling under subsection (1), (2) or (3) the registration of a society which is a PRA-authorised person.”.
