56.—(1) Schedule 14(1) (settlement of disputes) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(5), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
(3) In the heading to paragraph 3, for “Authority” substitute “FCA and PRA”.
(4) In paragraph 3, for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA”.
(5) In paragraph 6—
(a)for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA”; and
(b)after sub-paragraph (2), insert—
“(3) The FCA must consult the PRA before making any such award.”.
