Schedule 11187 (auditors) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 3(1)—
a
for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “appropriate authority”; and
b
for “give it notice” substitute “give notice to the FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, to the PRA”.
