29.—(1) Section 78D(1) (circumstances in which names may be omitted) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), omit “to the Authority”.
(3) In subsection (2)(b), for “Authority” substitute “FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA”.
