SCHEDULE 8 Amendments of the Building Societies Act 1986

27.—(1) Section 76(1) (summary financial statement) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (8), for “Authority” substitute “FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, one copy to the PRA”.

(3) In subsection (12), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
