SCHEDULE 8 U.K. Amendments of the Building Societies Act 1986

22.—(1) Section 57(1) (inspections: supplementary provisions) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), omit “by the Authority”.

(3) In subsections (7), (8), (8A), (9) and (10), for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “body which appointed the inspectors”.
