SCHEDULE 6 U.K.Amendments of the Credit Unions Act 1979

5.—(1) Section 3(1) (use of name “credit union”, etc.) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (3)(b), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.

(3) In subsection (3A)(a), for “Part IV permission under the 2000 Act” substitute “permission under Part 4A of the 2000 Act”.
