1. The Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965(1) is amended as follows.

1965 c.12. Section 2 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions Act 2010 renames the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 as the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions Act 1965, but this section has not yet been brought into force.
