Consequential amendments to primary legislation

4.  In section 229(4) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987(1) (local authority indemnities for building societies, etc.), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
