3.  In section 22E(4)(d) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986(1) (application of Act to societies registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965), as inserted by section 3 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions Act 2010(2), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.
