2.—(1) In the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986(1) listed in sub-paragraph (2), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.
(2) The provisions are—
(a)section 124(4AA)(2) (application for winding up);
(b)section 124C(1)(b) and (2)(b)(3) (petition for winding up a European cooperative society).
