39.  In rule 17 (withdrawal)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a), omit “at any time before a hearing to consider the disposal of the proceedings (or, if the Tribunal disposes of the proceedings without a hearing, before that disposal),”;

(b) in paragraph (2)—

(i) omit “other”, and

(ii) after “of” insert “ its receipt of ”.
