81.  In article 63 of the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(1) (general restrictions on disclosure of information)—

(a)in paragraph (5)(j) for “Financial Services Authority.” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority;”;

(b)after paragraph (5)(j) insert—

“(k)the Prudential Regulation Authority.”.
