Saving and transitional provision
3. The amendments and repeals made by the following provisions of the Act do not apply in relation to offences committed wholly or partly before 6th April 2013—
(a)sections 109 and 110;
(b)paragraphs 136(a), 138 and 140(2) and (3) of Schedule 9.
