Regulation 3 (interpretation: Directives)

5.  In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations—

(a) for the definition of “the IPPC Directive” substitute—

““the Industrial Emissions Directive” means Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) (Recast)(1);”;

(b) omit the definition of “the Waste Incineration Directive”.
