In Chapter 4 (the chemical industry), in paragraph 1 (interpretation of Chapter 4), for “producing in a chemical plant by chemical processing for commercial purposes substances or groups of substances” substitute “producing on an industrial scale by chemical or biological processing of substances or groups of substances”.
