Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2) to (6)
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 73(1)(b) and 189(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 19921, and sections 64(1), 67(2), 70(4), 71(6), 72(8), 113(1)(a) and (2), 122(1) and 175(1), (3)(a), (b)(ii) and (iii) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19922, makes the following Regulations.
The Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it3.
