32. In regulation 3 of the Social Fund (Recovery by Deductions from Benefits) Regulations 1988(1) (benefits from which an award may be recovered), before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)universal credit under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012;”.
