30. A person who fails to comply with any of the following provisions of this Part is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction by a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale—
(a)regulation 20(2);
(b)regulation 22(1);
(c)regulation 22(3);
(d)regulation 23.
