The High Court may review, rescind or vary any order made by it in the exercise of its jurisdiction as regards postal administration proceedings.

Appeals from decisions made in the exercise of that jurisdiction lie as follows—
a
to a single judge of the High Court where the decision appealed against is made by the county court or the registrar;
b
to the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal from a decision of a single judge of the High Court.

A county court is not, in the exercise of its jurisdiction for the purposes of the Rules, subject to be restrained by the order of any other court, and no appeal lies from its decision in the exercise of that jurisdiction except as provided by this Rule.
