Prescribed form of words about the two versions of the register

47.—(1) Schedule 3 to these Regulations is to have effect and the forms of words set out in that Schedule are prescribed as the wording to be used by electoral registration officers for the purpose specified in paragraph 10(2) of Schedule 2 to the 1983 Act.

(2) The long form of the form of words set out in Schedule 3 to these Regulations is prescribed to be used except as provided for in regulations 26(3)(h), 26(8) and 32ZA(6)(a) of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001.
