In the following provisions of the Companies Act 2006 (provisions permitting disclosure of information for purposes of enforcement authority under Regulations)(1), for “the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/2334)” substitute “the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013”—
