Amendment of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1976

11.—(1) The Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1976(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 9(2)(b) (conditions relating to residence and presence in Northern Ireland)(2) after “and where” insert “armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011(3),”.
