The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Competition Act 1998(1).

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2013 and comes into force on 10th March 2013.

Consequential repeals and revocations

2.  The provisions specified in the Schedule are repealed or revoked to the extent specified.

(This note is not part of the Order)

The Competition Act 1998 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2013 (S.I.2013/284 (C. 15)) brings into force on 10th March 2013 provisions of the Competition Act 1998 repealing the Restrictive Practices Court Act 1976 (c. 33). This Order makes consequential repeals and revocations.
