35.—(1) The Code of Practice issued under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Investigations in England, Wales and Northern Ireland: Code of Practice) Order 2008(1) shall apply to the powers conferred by this Part as it applies to the powers conferred by Chapter 2 of Part 8 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 in relation to civil recovery investigations.
(2) The Code of Practice issued under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Investigative Powers of Prosecutors in England, Wales and Northern Ireland: Code of Practice) Order 2008(2) shall apply to the powers conferred by this Part as it applies to the powers conferred by Chapter 2 of Part 8 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 in relation to civil recovery investigations.
