Modification of the 1949 and 1988 Acts in their application to the Isle of Man3

The 1949 Act shall have effect in the Isle of Man subject to the modifications specified in Schedule 1 to this Order.

Part IV (registered designs) of, and Schedules 3 and 4 to, the 1988 Act shall extend to the Isle of Man subject to the exceptions and modifications specified in Schedule 2 to this Order.
