SCHEDULE Transfer of functions

Amendments to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993

10.  In Schedule 2A (the National Lottery Commission)(1)—

(a) in the heading, for “National Lottery” substitute “Gambling”; and

(b) omit paragraphs 1 to 8 and 10 to 14.
