12. The supply of a worker for the purpose of killing an animal who has—
(a)a licence under the Welfare of Animals (Slaughter or Killing) Regulations 1995(1) to slaughter animals; or
(b)a certificate of competence to kill animals under the Welfare of Animals at the Time of Killing (Scotland) Regulations 2012(2).
