The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1043 of the Companies Act 2006(1).

2006 c. 46. The Companies Act 2006 was amended by sections 79 to 81 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (c.24) and by regulations 3 to 6, 10 to 13 and the Schedule to S.I. 2013/xxxx.
