10.  In regulation 20 of the Building (Approved Inspectors etc) Regulations 2010(1)—

(a) in the heading, after “27”, insert “27A,”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (1), after “27 (CO₂ emission rate calculations),”insert “27A (fabric energy efficiency rate calculations),”.
