6. In section 22(9) of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998 (new arrangements for giving financial support to students)(1), in so far as that provision remains in force, for the words from “for the purposes of any exemption” to the end of the subsection, substitute “by article 60G(3)(d) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001”.
