The Copyright and Duration of Rights in Performances Regulations 2013

The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to measures relating to copyright and rights in performances, in exercise of powers conferred by that section and section 78 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 20133, makes the following Regulations:
