Provisions coming into force on 1^st October 2013

3.  The following provisions of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 come into force on 1^st October 2013—

(a) section 17(5), for the purposes of the commencement of paragraphs 21 (except for sub-paragraph (3)), 27 and 30 of Schedule 9;

(b) section 22; and

(c) paragraphs 21 (except for sub-paragraph (3)), 27 and 30 of Schedule 9.
