2. 1st April 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Health and Social Care Act 2008—
(a)section 141(1);
(b)section 166, in so far as it relates to the repeals mentioned in paragraph (c); and
(c)the entries in Part 4 of Schedule 15 that relate to section 164(5) of the National Health Service Act 2006(1) (remuneration for persons providing pharmaceutical services).
