The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12C(8)(a) of the National Health Service Act 20061.

In accordance with section 272(6)(za) of that Act2, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
