These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2013.

These Regulations come into force—
a
except in relation to regulations 3(2), (5) and (9), 4(2) and 5(3) and (4), on 29th July 2013; and
b
in relation to regulations 3(2), (5) and (9), 4(2) and 5(3) and (4), on 29th October 2013.
