3.—(1) Anything which, immediately before 25th June 2013, is in the process of being done or omitted to be done by or in relation to the previous Intelligence and Security Committee may be continued by or in relation to the new Intelligence and Security Committee.
(2) Anything done or omitted to be done by or in relation to the previous Intelligence and Security Committee (or treated as so done or omitted) is, if in force or effective immediately before 25th June 2013, to have effect as if done or omitted by or in relation to the new Intelligence and Security Committee.
(3) In this article –
“the new Intelligence and Security Committee” means the Intelligence and Security Committee of Parliament established under section 1 of the Act,
“the previous Intelligence and Security Committee” means the Intelligence and Security Committee established under section 10 of the Intelligence Services Act 1994(1)
