27. In regulation 3(2)(f) of the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2009(1) for “the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2008” substitute “Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products (recast), as amended from time to time”.
