In article 2(1) of the Water Protection Zone (River Dee Catchment) Designation Order 199929 for “Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 1996” from sub-paragraph (g) of the definition of “controlled substance” and substitute “Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products (recast), as amended from time to time”.
