The Secretary of State has received an application for her approval in respect of the New Parks for People (England) Joint Scheme by the bodies proposing to participate in that Scheme, namely the Big Lottery Fund and the National Heritage Memorial Fund;

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 2(1) and 3 of Schedule 3A to, the National Lottery etc Act 19931 hereby makes the following Order:
