This Order may be cited as the New Parks for People (England) Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st June 2013.

In this Order—

• “the New Scheme” means the joint scheme contained in the agreement entered into on 11th March 2013 between the Big Lottery Fund and the National Heritage Memorial Fund; and

• “the Act” means the National Lottery etc Act 1993.
