69.  In section 22(1) (preliminary notice by tenant)—

(a) in subsection (2)(b), for “a leasehold valuation tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”; and

(b) in subsection (3), for “A leasehold valuation tribunal” substitute “The appropriate tribunal”.

Section 22(2) and (3) have been amended by section 86 of the Housing Act 1996 (c. 52) and section 160 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (c. 15).
