Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) etc. (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 27th January 2013.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010(1); and
“the 2012 Regulations” means the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012(2).
Amendment of regulations
2. These Regulations amend the 2010 Regulations and the 2012 Regulations.
