Insertion of new Regulation 22A

6.  After regulation 22 (appointment of liquidators) insert—

“Form of notifications to the Commission

22A.   Notifications made pursuant to regulations 14 to 18 and 21 and 22 must be made using the forms provided by the Commission for this purpose.”.
