Amendments to the Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings Order 2008

3. The Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings Order 2008(1) shall be amended by omitting the entries in Schedule 1 (classes of county court) to that Order relating to:
(a)Dewsbury County Court;
(b)Ilford County Court; and
(c)Keighley County Court.
