The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012

PART 1 General

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012; and

(b) come into force on 6th April 2012.

Interpretation

2.  In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010(1).
