1. This Order may be cited as the European Union (Definition of Treaties) (Republic of Korea Framework Agreement) Order 2012.
2. It shall come into force on the date on which the treaty specified in the Schedule enters into force for the United Kingdom(1).
3. The treaty specified in the Schedule is to be regarded as an EU Treaty as defined in section 1(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
