Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provisions) (England) Order 2012.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Localism Act 2011;
“the 1996 Act” means the Housing Act 1996(1); and
“commencement date” means 9th November 2012.
