Amendment of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 (Jersey) Order 1998
3.—(1) The Schedule to the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 (Jersey) Order 1998(1) is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph 6, insert—
“6A In paragraph 2 of Schedule 2, in the substituted paragraph (b), after “her husband” insert “or civil partner,””.
