The Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 200660 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 7(b) of Schedule 1 (Natural England – removal from office), after “bankrupt” insert “or has had a debt relief order made in respect of him (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986)”.

In paragraph 7(b) of Schedule 2 (Commission for Rural Communities – removal from office), after “bankrupt” insert “or has had a debt relief order made in respect of him (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986)”.

In paragraph 6(b) of Schedule 4 (Joint Nature Conservation Committee – removal from office), after “bankrupt” insert “or had a debt relief order made in respect of him (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986)”.
